A bounded starting example

Keep one management report dependable.

One possible scope to discuss, tailored to your systems and agreed in a proposal. This is an illustrative engagement, not a client case study.

Start with

An existing report, its refresh process and a named business owner. Agree the reporting calendar, known issues and an ordered improvement list.

What you take away

A regular review of data quality and refresh failures, clear ownership of exceptions, and progress on the highest-priority improvement within the agreed monthly capacity.

Where the scope stops

The three-month minimum and three founder days per month still apply, including reviews, coordination and delivery together. The proposal defines response commitments and separately scoped work.

What this looks like

Someone to look after the reporting. And keep improving it.

01

Reporting that stays reliable.

Review the reports your business depends on, investigate recurring data issues and keep track of what needs fixing. Make it clear who maintains each report and what to do when a number looks wrong.

02

Improvements that keep moving.

Choose one useful improvement, bring the right people together and work on it within your reserved monthly time. Keep a clear record of progress, blockers and next steps.

These are examples, not client case studies. Your proposal defines what we will deliver for your business.

What is included

Know what you are getting.

01

A monthly review

A review of whether the reporting is working as intended, which data issues need attention and what to tackle next.

02

A clear progress summary

A short summary of report quality, completed improvements and any measured benefits, compared with where you started.

03

An up-to-date action list

One place to see outstanding issues, who is responsible, what is blocking progress and which decisions have been made.

04

One active improvement

Practical progress on the agreed priority within your reserved capacity. Larger builds are separately scoped.

05

Regular checks

Check access permissions, approved uses of AI and the steps that need human review at agreed intervals.

06

Coordination with your team

Explain what the business needs and work with the people responsible for your systems and processes, within the agreed scope.

How the work happens

Progress you can follow.

You know what is happening, who is responsible and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Agree the responsibilities.

Agree which reports, data or AI tools Liam will help manage, what your team remains responsible for and how the monthly time will be used.

  2. 02

    Review and prioritise.

Review what is working, what is causing problems and what has improved. Agree the most useful next task for the time available.

  3. 03

Do the work. Show the progress.

Make the agreed improvement, update decisions and actions, and recommend what should happen next.

A good fit

When this makes sense.

  • You need a senior owner for important reporting or data.
  • Improvements stall between internal teams and suppliers.
  • A working solution needs someone to look after it after launch.
  • You want a defined monthly priority and visible accountability.

Before you commit

What the service does not cover.

  • The starting partnership reserves three founder days each calendar month. Unused capacity does not roll over unless agreed.
  • This is not an unlimited analysis or development queue, a general helpdesk or an emergency response service.
  • New implementations, major integrations, migrations and platform replacements are scoped separately.
  • Delivery is scheduled within reserved capacity. Response commitments are not resolution guarantees.

Practical questions

Before we get started.

Do we need a Sightline implementation first?

No. We can work with your existing reports, workflows or AI tools. We first agree what Liam will be responsible for and confirm that he can access the systems and information needed.

How quickly will you respond?

Routine requests are acknowledged within one UK working day, with a reasoned response or agreed next action within two UK working days. Delivery uses the reserved capacity. This is not an incident-response service.

How much work is included?

The starting partnership includes three founder days per calendar month, scheduled against the agreed priorities. Those days cover the review, reporting, coordination and practical improvement work together. Extra capacity and major new projects are agreed separately.

What happens before we commit?

We start with a free 30-minute conversation. If there is a potential fit, we may offer one free walkthrough of up to 45 minutes, led by your team. These stages help us decide whether to work together; they do not include analysis, mapping, solution design, prioritisation, a business case or a written roadmap.
